How we work
We start with your written approval, then take control of the original lease and manage the property as a short-term rental ourselves. You get a guaranteed fixed rent; we take on the guest bookings, communication, cleaning coordination, and maintenance.

We're starting in Adelaide, South Australia. As we take on more properties, we'll expand to other regions with the same hands-on approach.
